Role Overview:

Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless implementation, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM solutions across all modules globally. As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end projects from deployment to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Project Management: Lead the entire process of implementing/updating/modifying Oracle HCM modules for all clients.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes and address any technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to client needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides for HR technology products.
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities related to tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR technology post-implementation, identify opportunities for process enhancements, and work with stakeholders to implement improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are beneficial.
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in implementing HR systems/supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
    • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
    • High proficiency in Excel, macro, and report automation tools.
    • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
    • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
    • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
