About the Job:

This leadership position requires an experienced executive with a proven track record of driving business growth, profitability, and strategic planning within the banking industry. You will be responsible for leading our team, setting the company's vision, ensuring financial stability, fostering client relationships, driving technological advancements, and promoting a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve growth objectives in the banking sector and beyond.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and new product offerings tailored to financial institutions.

2. Financial Management:

- Oversee the financial performance of the company, ensuring financial health and profitability.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.

3. Operational Oversight:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes across all departments.
- Implement and optimize systems and technologies to improve operational performance and service delivery.

4. Market Expansion:

- Drive the expansion of kiosk solutions to more banks and explore opportunities in transit and retail sectors.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities.

5. Innovation and Development:

- Foster a culture of innovation within the company, encouraging creativity and the development of new products and services.

6. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.

7. Team Leadership and Culture:

- Build and lead a high-performing executive team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience, preferably in the financial services, technology, or retail sectors
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability within the banking industry
