Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead the financial strategy and drive business growth in our Main Line segment.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and project controlling. They will also be skilled at partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and drive profitability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify areas for growth and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives.
  • Oversee project controlling processes, ensuring accurate cost control, revenue recognition, and margin analysis.
  • Manage working capital effectively, optimizing cash flow through receivables, payables, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls, maintaining high standards of financial governance.
  • Partner with Sales, Bid Management, and Project Execution teams to evaluate financial viability and risk.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, project controlling, and working capital dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive strategic decisions.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of team development and collaboration.
