Senior Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to acquire new current accounts through open market channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation and customer onboarding, with a strong understanding of commercial catchments and business segments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Acquiring 4–5 Current Accounts per month through open market channels;
- Ensuring at least 2 accounts are PCA (Preferred Current Account);
- Maintaining an M1 MAB (Monthly Average Balance) of ₹4 lakhs; and
- Complying with KYC & AML regulations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 80% of customers maintain specified AQB (Average Quarterly Balance);
- 75% penetration of Internet Banking;
- 50% penetration of DSB (Digital Self Banking); and
- Successful customer activation and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate degree;
- Preferred: MBA + IRDA qualification;
- 1–3 years of experience in New to Bank Current Account acquisition (preferably in SME segment);
- Good understanding of commercial catchments and business segments;
- Proficiency in local language required;
- Computer skills: proficiency in Excel;
- Banking knowledge: basic understanding of Business Banking, Trade, and FX preferred; and
- Behavioral skills: good verbal and written communication, fluency in English.
