The Role of a Credit Collector

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Credit Collector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding account status and making payment arrangements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • US/UK collections background and good knowledge on accounts receivable process
  • Basic Knowledge of MS Excel
