**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform blood collection from patients using venipuncture or other approved techniques.
- Ensure proper labeling and handling of samples to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Visit patients at their homes for sample collection when required.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during interactions with patients.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for sample collection and storage.
- Ensure timely delivery of samples to the laboratory.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum qualification: High school graduate with relevant training or certification in phlebotomy or blood collection.
- Prior experience in blood collection or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Knowledge of basic hygiene and safety practices related to blood collection.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
