We are a dedicated group of professionals committed to changing the way lending is experienced in India. Leveraging technology and data, we build accessible, transparent, and customer-centric lending solutions for personal loans, merchant financing, and more.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will work alongside experts in the fintech space, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and directly impact millions of lives by making financial products easy to use and understand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow distribution and market share in assigned rural areas.
  • Drive visibility through extensive QR and sound box deployment, and sales product promotions.
  • IDentify and recruit sales teams (FSE) to align business in the market.
  • Coach and mentor FSEs, providing quick training on new concepts.
  • Plan market size, span, and geographies for FSEs.
  • Develop effective communication plans to minimize expectations vs delivery gaps.
  • Monitor quality parameters and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales.
  • Ensure team members are regularly engaged in sales and usage activities.
  • Negotiate cross-sales products with existing and new merchants.
  • Train and groom allocated manpower.
