Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Varanasi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth. The role includes market research, developing business strategies, creating proposals, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams, reaching out to school & colleges, good proficiency in Digital marketing and promotion strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in market research, analysis, and business strategy development
- Experience in client relationship management and sales
- Proficiency in proposal writing and presenting business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
- Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
