Operations Risk Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Operations Risk Management (ORM) professional to drive business growth and success.

About the Role:
  • Create value for clients by framing problems, developing hypotheses, designing interventions, and working with client counterparts to convert them into executable actions.
  • Support business development by proactively identifying opportunities on projects and contributing to the development of new business initiatives.
  • Develop strategic points of view and thought leadership content to enhance our market positioning.
  • Inspire, motivate, coach, and lead team members and client stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering followed by a Master's in Engineering or MBA is preferred.
  • 15 years of overall experience, including 5-8 years of ORM experience preferably with a reputable EHS risk management consulting firm.
  • Strong understanding of ORM and how different management and operations elements are linked together.
  • Well-versed in workplace safety, managing and implementing high-risk activity standards, and working effectively with people across levels.
  • Experience along the entire lifecycle of an asset from concept, design, build, operations, maintenance, modification, and asset retirement.
Preferred Skills:
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel analytical and modelling skills.
  • Executive communication skills using data to tell a compelling story on PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English with additional local Indian languages.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
