Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the effective management of equity operations, ensuring seamless execution of corporate actions and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5 to 7 persons, fostering a collaborative environment and providing guidance on NISM-Series-II-A certification.
  • Demonstrate expertise in RTA operations, managing SLAs and timelines for RTA activities as per Master Circular issued by SEBI.
  • Oversee all types of Equity Corporate Actions, including dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues.
  • Manage Unlisted Equity Admission, including SME/Main board IPO, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate AGM/EGM/EVOTING/Postal Ballot activities, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Take charge of Handling Audits: internal audit, SEBI Audit, System Audit, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Maintain technical proficiency with Automation and integration of Activities in Software with IT support.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to resolve corporate action-related queries and admission-related matters efficiently.
  • Continuously update job-specific knowledge and apply it effectively.

Requirements:

  • Commerce background with good knowledge of RTA operations.
  • Post-graduation desirable.
  • 6-7 years of experience in RTA/Depository Participant/share broking firms.
