">About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be taking on a senior leadership position as a Fund Manager and Equity Partner in an Arbitrage-focused Exempt Fund.

You will oversee fund management strategy & compliance alignment, portfolio execution, risk controls, auditor reporting, and shape the fund's long-term growth roadmap. This is not an employee role but a strategic partnership with equity ownership, designed for an individual who can bring both capital and leadership.

Main Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy, ensuring risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance, interfacing with auditors, administrators, and regulators, developing investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance, and working closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need a background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations, with a strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures. You should also have proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks and possess an entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.
