Job Title: Senior Manager – Learning Solutions & Consulting

Overview

This role is a senior leadership position that oversees the design, delivery, and orchestration of cutting-edge learning and leadership development solutions.

The successful candidate will lead large-scale client engagements, manage project delivery teams, and oversee content development workflows to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

They will also partner with account teams to shape and execute account expansion strategies, identify opportunities for innovation, and develop organizational capability in emerging learning technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive learning and leadership solutions that integrate assessment methodologies, instructional design principles, and innovative technologies.
  • Translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences through narrative scripts, storyboards, videos, simulations, and blended learning solutions.
  • Drive visualization and design consistency across all learning materials to maximize learner engagement and retention.
  • Lead large-scale, complex client engagements and manage project delivery teams, timelines, budgets, and profitability.
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams to achieve project outcomes and build organizational capability in emerging learning technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate learning solutions and expand consulting services across portfolios.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of enterprise clients.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in learning & development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale client engagements and delivering enterprise-level learning solutions.
