Responsibilities:
- Sourcing high-quality candidates from various online resources, networking, references, headhunting, and recruiting tools.
- Screening resumes thoroughly and shortlisting candidates by pre-vetting them and submitting them to onsite recruiters/managers.
- Utilizing Application Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ATS and other recruiting tools.
