Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1 B candidates.
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Ability to understand the non-technical / technical requirements (IT /Non IT / Engineering / Aerospace / Energy/ Utility / Business Professional/ BFSI Domain) and submit consultant's profiles on time.
Proven successful sales record in the U.
S Staffing industry.
Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
To understand the of IT /Engineering / Aerospace / Energy / Utility / Business Professional/BFSI /Non IT requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
Sourcing and screening potential IT/ Business Professional/Engineering/ Pharma from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
Skills: Must have minimum 1-4 years hiring experience into IT /Engineering / Energy / Utility / Aerospace / Business Professional/BFSI / Non IT recruitment with direct clients only.
The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
Education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred however combination of education and experience will also be considered.
