Senior Boutique Manager Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of fashion expertise, leadership skills, and customer service orientation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing boutique store operations, leading a team, and driving sales.

The Senior Boutique Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including managing inventory, maintaining store aesthetics, and coordinating with the design and production teams. They will also be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of stylists and support staff, as well as monitoring performance and providing coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Leadership of a team of stylists and support staff, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Development of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Management of client relationships, including appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups
  • Inventory management, including stock checks, ordering, and display management
  • Coordination with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order updates and seasonal collections
  • Store aesthetics maintenance, ensuring the store remains premium and on-brand at all times
  • Basic bookkeeping, including billing, invoicing, and financial reporting
  • Monthly sales target achievement and performance metric reporting to senior management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of retail/fashion experience, preferably in a bridal or designer label environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for fashion and trends
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing and retaining talent
  • Well-groomed and presentable, with a strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy, with basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi
