Senior Store Manager Job Description

As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving the success of our retail operations.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of the store, building relationships with high-net-worth clients, developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.

  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships and drive sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators

Requirements:

  1. MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college
  2. Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real-estate consultancy firms
  3. Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level
  4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers
  6. Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment
