
Retail Operations Leader

As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving the success of our retail operations.
Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of the store, building relationships with high-net-worth clients, developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships and drive sales
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators
Requirements:
- MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real-estate consultancy firms
- Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for fashion and luxury retail.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
