Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to take on the role of Program Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact in a new business from scratch.

As the Program Manager, you will act as a shadow to the business head, involved across various business functions. Your key responsibilities will be to manage all business data, share actionable insights for improvement, and ensure seamless execution of business plans.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

• Business Data Management: You will be responsible for complete business data management, from individual function charters to the P&L of the business. Your task will be to draw actionable insights out of it.

">

• Execution Ownership: You will own on-ground business execution with the business head, working on the field, and owning business outcomes.

">

• Cross-functional Collaboration: You will act as a bridge between individual business functions and leadership, working closely with every function and helping them solve problems with support from the management.

">

• Process Building and Productization: You will be responsible for creating SOPs for the business and individual functions, productizing business operations through internal tech/third-party SaaS Solutions.

">

• New City Launches: You will play a key role in new city launches, acting as the city lead for on-ground operations for the initial launch period.

">

Qualifications and Skills:

">

• A bachelor's degree from a tier 1 university, and an MBA from a reputed institution.

">

• Work experience of 1-5 years, across sales and program management. Experience from retail distribution/sales, BFSI will be preferred.

">

• Prior project management experience and high comfort with data dashboarding and analysis is a mandatory requirement.

">

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

">

• High degree of ownership, ability to switch context and build new business skills quickly.

">

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
