Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Installation Manager to oversee and manage the installation process, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
  • Installation Oversight: Manage and oversee installation teams to guarantee that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations meet quality standards, adhering to project specifications and safety protocols, to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate installation team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth.
  • Site Measurements: Coordinate site measurements with the sales team to ensure accurate project scope, eliminating potential delays and rework.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and manage team expenses to optimize resources, minimize waste, and maximize value for clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and maintaining client confidence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in installation management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
