Installation Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Execute installation of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways at customer sites. - Interpret and work from engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. - Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality installations. - Supervise and lead on-site technicians or contractors as required. - Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards. - Ensure proper handling and usage of installation tools and equipment. - Maintain documentation related to installation progress, issues, and quality checks. - Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related technical problems. - Liaise with the commissioning and service teams post-installation for handover. - Adhere to company and statutory safety norms at all times. Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. - 6+ years of experience in elevator/escalator installation or related field preferred. - Familiarity with elevator installation standards and codes (IS, EN, etc.). - Ability to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Physically fit and willing to work at heights or in challenging site environments. - Good communication and team coordination skills. - Valid driving license preferred.
