This role requires a skilled professional to oversee the execution of projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include creating project plans, coordinating with teams and vendors, tracking costs, and ensuring timely completion.

  • Making clear project plans that outline goals, deadlines, budgets, and required resources.
  • Creating schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
  • Leading project activities including design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning work.
  • Managing site workers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quantity details.
  • Tracking project costs and ensuring the project stays within budget.
  • Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials and equipment.
  • Serving as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors throughout the project.
  • Ensuring that all safety and quality standards are followed at the worksite.
  • Keeping all project documents well-organized, including reports, contracts, and progress records.
  • Sharing regular progress reports with Department Head and management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in project execution of chiller systems.
  • Knowledge of Electrical panels, PLC, SCADA, and HMI installations.
  • Skills: Auto Cad, Rivet, MS Projects, etc.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
