Project Manager Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our project activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that outline goals, deadlines, budgets, and required resources.
  • Create and manage project schedules using industry-leading tools like MS Project or Primavera.
  • Oversee project activities including design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning work.
  • Manage site workers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Review and approve engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quantity details.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure they align with approved budgets.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials and equipment.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors throughout the project.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards at the worksite.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project records, including reports, contracts, and progress documents.
  • Provide regular progress updates to department heads and management.
  • Submit documentation to accounts for billing upon completion of each milestone.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in project execution, preferably in chiller systems.
  • Proficiency in Electrical panels, PLC, SCADA, and HMI Installations.
  • Strong skills in Auto Cad, Rivet, MS Projects, and other relevant software.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
