Senior Java Developer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of our Core Java applications.

  • This senior position requires extensive experience in architecting and implementing scalable RESTful APIs.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance tuning, memory management, multi-threading, and concurrency improvements.

A successful candidate will also be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SQL/NoSQL databases, as well as building and leading data analytics pipelines.

You will integrate AI/ML models into production systems and ensure adherence to coding standards, performance benchmarks, and security best practices.

Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and participate in technical reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This is an advanced-level position requiring:

  • Expert-level Core Java (collections, streams, concurrency, JVM internals).
  • Proven experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and distributed system architectures.
  • Advanced database skills - schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka), caching (Redis), and big data frameworks (Spark).
  • Proficiency in AI/ML model lifecycle - development, training, deployment, and inference.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
