Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to optimize procurement operations and drive process automation across global functions.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and operational best practices, as well as hands-on experience with procurement technologies such as SAP and Ariba.


The successful candidate will be responsible for driving procurement operations, including e-sourcing, contract management, and supplier enablement, ensuring KPI achievement, compliance, and risk mitigation.


They will also support CAMs and Buyers in contract operationalization, optimize the supplier base, and manage documentation to ensure supplier readiness and compliance.


In addition, the leader will lead process improvements and support automation initiatives to boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in procurement activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive procurement operations, including e-sourcing, contract management, and supplier enablement.
  • Support CAMs and Buyers in contract operationalization and optimize the supplier base.
  • Lead process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:


Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in shared services operations or Ariba-enabled procurement operations.


Minimum of 8 years experience in sourcing, procurement, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or shared service operations.


At least 3 years of experience in people management or leadership roles.


Strong understanding of procurement processes and operational best practices.


Hands-on experience with procurement technologies such as SAP and Ariba.


Familiarity with data analytics tools like Celonis, Sievo, and Tableau is an advantage.
