Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our machine learning and artificial intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing ML/AI solutions with strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks. Proficiency in Python and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is required. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with NLP libraries like NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers.

  • Design and develop complex ML/AI models using various techniques and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML/AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Develop and implement data structures and algorithms to optimize solution performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ML/AI.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in ML/AI development with strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks.
  • Proficiency in Python and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries like NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and architectures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms Azure or AWS.
  • Exposing solutions as API endpoints using FastAPI.
  • Development tools Git and version control.
  • Docker and Kubernetes for solution deployment.
  • MLOps tools Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow for orchestration pipelines and model versioning.
  • Data structures, algorithms, software engineering principles, problem-solving skills, communication skills.
