We are seeking visionary individuals with expertise in building and deploying advanced machine learning models, particularly those leveraging unstructured data and generative AI solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, and Deploy High-Performance ML Models
  • Work with Unstructured Data to Derive Valuable Insights and Develop Scalable Solutions
  • Apply Advanced NLP and NLG Techniques to Solve Complex Business Problems
  • Leverage Databricks' Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Genie AI for Generative AI Use Cases
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Identify AI Opportunities and Drive Business Growth
  • Explore, Test, and Implement New Algorithms and Tools to Enhance Model Accuracy
  • Effectively Communicate Findings to Technical and Non-Technical Stakeholders
  • Oversight of End-to-End Project Delivery from Data Exploration to Production Deployment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience in Azure Machine Learning and AI Services
  • Strong Background in NLP, NLG, LLMs, and Generative AI Frameworks
  • Experience with Unstructured Data Pipelines and Feature Engineering
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and ML Libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
  • Practical Experience with Databricks' Copilot Studio and AI Foundry is Highly Desirable
  • Strong Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Innovation Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Storytelling Ability
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Related Field
