Job Description

As a Salesforce Solution Architect at Enfinity Global, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a specific focus on the Project Lifecycle Management Tool leveraging on the Sitetracker platform.

Responsibilities
  • Take an active role in the implementation and adoption of Sitetracker.
  • Customize and optimize Sitetracker to meet business needs.
  • Serve as the global administrator for Sitetracker, managing user access, permissions, and configurations.
  • Oversee master data management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Drive post-go-live success by monitoring performance and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Provide internal support and training to Sitetracker users, addressing issues and ensuring high user adoption.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce connectors and integrations with other systems.
  • Utilize Salesforce Builder to create and customize applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather and document requirements.
  • Develop and maintain APIs for system integration.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience using Salesforce in a professional setting.
  • Expertise in Salesforce connectors and integration tools.
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand and document business requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Extensive experience with API integration and development.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce Builder for application development.
  • Experience in the implementation of new software solutions.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience managing master data and data lakes.
  • C2 level proficiency in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Sitetracker is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
