**Job Description** :

**Key Responsibilities** :

- **Technical Leadership** : Guide and mentor a team of developers in Salesforce best practices, code reviews, and custom solutions.

- **Architecture Design** : Define and document the technical architecture for the DrCloud IDD project, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.

- **Development Oversight** : Lead the development of core and EHR functionalities within Salesforce, including custom object creation, Apex coding, and Visualforce/Lightning component development.

- **Project Management** : Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. Manage timelines, resources, and risk assessments.

- **Quality Assurance** : Implement and oversee testing protocols to ensure functionality, performance, and security compliance with Salesforce standards and healthcare regulations.

- **Stakeholder Engagement** : Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, present technical details, and provide project updates.

- **Continuous Improvement** : Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

- **Advocate for and implement improvements and innovations within project scopes.

**Required Qualifications** :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Certification : Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent professional certification.

Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development, with a proven track record of leading development teams.

Experience in healthcare applications is preferred.

**Skills** :

- Expert knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and API integrations.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and platform limits.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

- Proficient in dynamic template creation, PDF generation, and complex Salesforce automations.

- Clear communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

**Additional Requirements** : Must be available to work onsite in our Hyderabad office daily.

**Desirable Skills** :

- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or other healthcare-related Salesforce applications.

- Familiarity with Agile development
