Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation and integration of our point-of-sale system in a retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in project management and technical expertise. They should possess excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, architects, and the product team. Allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Promote and implement best practices for software development and project management. Regularly review and refine processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong project planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in managing agile projects and translating business strategy into roadmaps.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and other project management tools.
  • Experience working with North American counterparts and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
