Integration Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Engineer with expertise in integration technologies and a proven track record in financial technology and banking systems integration.

The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable solutions using WSO2, microservices, and Java/Spring Boot, while driving API governance and integration best practices.

Key Responsibilities include leading integration solutions using WSO2 API Manager and Enterprise/Micro Integrator, developing, optimizing, and managing APIs for reliability and performance, creating custom mediation logic and advanced message transformations using WSO2 Integration Studio, overseeing system integration projects with secure and scalable solutions, collaborating with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, conducting training and knowledge transfer for team members, staying updated on emerging technologies, and adopting innovative solutions. Additionally, the role requires applying DevOps practices to development and deployment.

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable) include minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT integration, proven experience in financial technology and banking systems integration, hands-on expertise in WSO2 API Manager, Enterprise Integrator, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, and strong background in API governance and message transformation. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure is nice to have, as well as familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka and event-driven integrations, and knowledge of cybersecurity, bots, and BI tools.
