Export Operations Specialist:

We are seeking a skilled Export Operations Specialist to handle the preparation of export invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other essential documents.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong knowledge of export-import documentation and procedures. As an Export Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the department process, communicating effectively and executing precise and perfect work. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless pre-shipment and post-shipment documentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing List Management: Prepare accurate and timely packing lists for international shipments.
  • Certificate of Origin Procurement: Obtain and maintain certificates of origin for exports.
  • GSP Document Completion: Complete GSP (Generalized System of Preferences) documents for exports.
  • Bank Document Preparation: Prepare and manage bank documents for international transactions.
  • Incoterms, HS Codes, and International Shipping Terms Knowledge: Familiarity with these terms is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of export-import documentation and procedures.
  • Familiarity with INCOTERMS, HS codes, and international shipping terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
