System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled System Integration Specialist to join our Order Gateway team. In this role, you will focus on exchange connectivity and system integration, helping deliver new venue connections, manage migrations, and ensure trading systems support evolving business needs.

About the Role

  • Take ownership of order entry and drop copy integration projects from inception to delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, exchanges, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement seamless integrations
  • Drive system migrations, platform upgrades, and technology transitions
  • Optimize workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve overall operational efficiency
  • Participate in production support, release management, and ensuring system reliability

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in systems integration, ideally with exposure to exchange connectivity
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and experience with FIX protocol
  • Proficiency in Linux environments
  • Experience with C++ or Python is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and asset classes is advantageous
  • Prior experience in hedge funds or investment banks is preferred
