Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned senior technical lead to lead our software development teams in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software design and development, with experience in leading teams and guiding them towards delivering scalable data solutions using relational databases (MS SQL) and non-relational databases (Mongo DB).

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leverage technical expertise to guide project teams in creating scalable data solutions.
  • Apply strong programming skills across .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, Angular, React, Python, Node.js, Java Script, and SQL Server.
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.
  • Deploy applications in both on-premises environments and cloud servers.
  • Participate in technical design processes by analyzing requirements and defining architecture.
  • Identify, design, and implement tasks in the full software development life cycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of professional experience in software design and development, including at least 3–4 years as a Team Lead.
  • Strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, Angular, React, Python, Node.js, Java Script, and SQL Server.
  • Good working knowledge of relational (MS SQL) and non-relational databases (Mongo DB).
