Site Construction Manager

We are seeking a well-organized and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage different parts of construction projects, supervise crew members, prepare estimates for time and material costs, complete quality assurance, observe health and safety standards, and compile reports for different stakeholders.

You will work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines.

To be successful as a site engineer, you should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills, display a superb work ethic, and thrive under pressure.

  • Organize materials and ensure sites are safe and clean.
  • Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
  • Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
  • Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
  • Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions where required.
  • Complete quality assurance and provide feedback to the team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in Interiors especially in Commercial.
  • A driver's license.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
  • Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
  • Great leadership and organizational skills.
