About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Payroll Integration Specialist to lead payroll projects across Europe, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across regions.

This role is central to managing complex global integrations between payroll platforms and broader HR systems. As an individual contributor, you will work closely with HR teams and regional stakeholders, while managing external vendors responsible for implementing payroll solutions.

  • Good understanding of European payroll regulations and operational practices.
  • Technical proficiency in payroll and HR platforms (e.g., SAP, ADP, or similar).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
