The role of an Associate Growth Manager involves driving user and revenue growth through experimentation with paid, organic, product, partnerships, and more.

You will run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention, help manage campaigns across paid ads, social media, email, SEO, content, and referrals, and analyze data to optimize results.

In this role, you will have a front-row seat to how a startup scales, mentorship from experienced growth leads, ownership, and competitive salary + growth opportunities + perks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive user and revenue growth through experimentation and analysis
  2. Manage campaigns across paid ads, social media, email, SEO, content, and referrals
  3. Analyze data to optimize results
  4. Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to improve funnels and conversions

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of experience in growth management or related field
  • Candidates should be curious, hands-on, and love learning by doing
  • Comfortable with numbers and testing hypotheses
  • No afraid to get scrappy
  • Bonus points if you have dabbled in things like Meta ads, Google Ads, SEO, content creation, or no-code tools
