Job Opportunity: Voice Network Professional

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain voice networks to ensure seamless communication across the organization.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Call Manager, CUBE, CME, CUE, and CUCM features.
  • Install and configure Cisco phones and route patterns, including translation patterns, hunt-groups, CSS, and partitions.
  • Design and optimize enterprise collaboration networks, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze packet captures using Wire shark and RTMT traces to troubleshoot issues.
  • Integrate Cisco IM P server with CUCM and set up Cisco Jabber login processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of CUCM, Unity Connection versions 7-11, and IP phone sets (79xx, 88xx, 99xx, 89xx).
  • Work on gateway protocols such as H.323, SIP, MGCP, and SCCP, and support multi-vendor equipment.
  • Implement and support VCS Expressway, MRA, and UCDT SIP implementation.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in network administration, focusing on voice networks.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, CUBE, CME, CUE, and CUCM features.
  • Experience with Cisco WebEx and integration with CUCM.
  • Ability to analyze and design enterprise collaboration networks.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
