Job Title: Network Voice Admin-Andheri

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure uptime and stability of voice communication systems by providing technical support for Avaya voice platform.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot trunk status, PRI lines, and Avaya devices using Avaya command-line tools to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform daily system health checks to proactively report anomalies and take corrective action as needed.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Avaya Communication Manager (ACM) and Gateway functions to effectively manage voice-related systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve voice-related incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and assist in voice infrastructure upgrades and patching to ensure seamless operation.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with organizational standards and participate in internal/external audits to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience with Avaya voice platforms is essential.
  • A strong understanding of ACM and Gateway operations is necessary for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with Avaya CLI for real-time system monitoring and troubleshooting is required.
