Lead AI Researcher

As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex machine learning and deep learning models to address various business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Design & Implementation: Utilize advanced algorithms and techniques to develop innovative solutions.
  • Generative AI Expertise: Apply Generative AI techniques and frameworks to create novel applications.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to real-world problems to drive business value.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and optimize model performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • MLOps & Deployment: Develop and maintain scalable AI pipelines for efficient model training, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6-9 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineer roles.
  • Strong expertise in Python programming.
  • Familiarity with deep learning algorithms and frameworks.
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Transformers and LangChain.
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with AI/ML model deployment in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and pipelines for automation and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
