Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to TDS compliance, MCA/ROC compliance, and other regulatory requirements, minimizing risk and maintaining a compliant environment.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, analyzing data to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial software, including SAP; excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
