Odoo Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Expert Odoo Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and efficient ERP solutions to our clients across various industries.

Your expertise in Odoo version 14, 15, 16, and 17 Community and Enterprise Editions will enable you to evaluate customers' business requirements and transform them into company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.

You will analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes, while documenting customer requirements and coordinating implementation with technical consultants and developers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and presentation skills, with the ability to influence customers to modify current business practices, as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customers' business requirements and needs
• Develop solution design and lead clients throughout the implementation and support phases
• Analyze and resolve complex customer issues
• Document customer requirements and coordinate implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Odoo implementation
• Good knowledge of business processes, sales & accounts
• Excellent planning and presentation skills
• Ability to influence customers to modify current business practices
• Proficient in English language
