Job Title: Internal Audit
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Internal Auditor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of documents processed by the invoicing team, ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
  • Generate periodic compliance reports to track and analyze financial data.
  • Process internal branch transfers in accordance with business requirements.
  • Analyze various audit processes related to the supply chain, including freight, open sales/purchase orders, local purchases, and shipped status.
  • Validate documents uploaded to the system against established standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between third-party delivery services and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide information and assistance to inventory and warehouse personnel to facilitate efficient processing of damaged or defective merchandise.
  • Perform additional duties as required or requested.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in International BPO or Order Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and US stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access.
