Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing the data management function, including reconciliation, analysis, and report preparation.

The role involves maintaining good relationships with corporate entities, clients, third-party administrators, and insurance companies to ensure smooth endorsement/policy functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate data management (collection, collation, reconciliation, and uploading) of all clients and policies in the portal.
  • Gather, store, and prepare reports as per business requirements.
  • Develop reports based on business needs and maintain timely addition, deletion, and correction of endorsements.
  • Conduct quantitative/qualitative data analysis using Excel tools and monthly client data to insurers post QC and calculation.
  • Follow up with insurers for closure of endorsements within the set timeframe.
  • Construct forecasts, predictions, and recommendations based on existing policy terms.
  • Prepare and present reports monthly, quarterly, or as requested, highlighting issues, observations, or outcomes.
  • Monitor team performance, improve, and mentor team members.
  • Develop client service and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any background; General Insurance certifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the General Insurance industry (Insurance Company/Brokers/TPA).
  • Experience handling data management portals preferably SAIBA.
  • Strong communication skills, Team Management skills, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Able to work with large data sets on multiple systems.
