We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage our factory accounting operations.
Job Requirements:- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP systems
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Prepare and verify purchase records, e-way bills, and conduct invoice reconciliations
- Assist in internal and statutory audits focused on factory financials
- Reconcile vendor ledgers, prepare payment summaries, and support cost control measures
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly MIS reporting
- Coordinate with factory managers for inventory verification and cost monitoring
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS regulations
- Prior experience in a CA firm and/or a manufacturing factory accounting role
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and documentation
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
- Good coordination and communication skills for inter-departmental collaboration
