Financial Operations Manager

- Oversee the complete end-to-end AR/O2C process, including vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any billing or payment concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Continuously review and improve accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and enforce effective credit and collections policies to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Monitor cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
- Publish various dashboards for management, including ageing report, old provisioning, revenue growth, cash flows, etc.
- Strong background in finance and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to drive automation processes and continuously review and improve accounts receivable processes.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts receivable operations and a proven track record of driving efficiency and accuracy. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
