BIM Expert

We are seeking a skilled BIM management expert to drive the adoption and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across our organization.

• Develop and manage high-quality BIM models for infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM workflows into project execution, streamlining processes and improving collaboration.
• Utilize advanced software tools like Tekla to create detailed 3D models, perform clash detection, and generate construction documentation, enhancing project efficiency.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the business unit, promoting consistency and excellence.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on BIM tools and methodologies, fostering growth and development.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on BIM deliverables, driving project success.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BIM implementation, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous innovation, ultimately enhancing project outcomes.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making related to BIM adoption and technology investments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Prioritize timely delivery of BIM outputs to meet project milestones and client expectations, demonstrating commitment to quality and reliability.

• Proven proficiency in Tekla software and other BIM tools, with a strong portfolio of precast modeling projects.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects, showcasing expertise and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to implement BIM workflows and standards in large-scale projects, driving process improvements and delivering results.
