BIM Modeller MEP Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in developing detailed Revit models and construction documentation for MEP services from schematic design through construction phases.

As a key member of our project team, you will collaborate closely with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements. Your proficiency in using BIM authoring tools will enable you to provide technical support to the team and set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed Revit models and construction documentation for MEP services
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand design intent and project requirements
  • Provide technical support using BIM authoring tools
  • Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines
  • Follow established BIM execution plans and adhere to project specific documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in MEP Engineering Design
  • Fresher to 8 years of experience as a Revit Modeller with strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modelling MEP services in architectural and interior fit-out projects
  • Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building materials
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings
