MEP Manager Semiconductor Project

Job Title: MEP Manager - Semiconductor Project

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead and oversee the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing MEP works for a Semiconductor manufacturing facility. The role requires expertise in cleanroom environments critical utilities and complex infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all MEP activities HVAC electrical systems plumbing fire protection utilities and process piping for the semiconductor project.
  • Coordinate with design consultants contractors and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications cleanroom standards and client requirements.
  • Oversee installation testing and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution HVAC ultrapure water treatment process gases and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes/standards and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress manage schedules control costs and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers supervisors and subcontractors to deliver the project within timelines and cost targets.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works with at least 5 years in semiconductor/high-tech/cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms ultrapure water systems process gases and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM AutoCAD and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making skills.
