Telecom Infrastructure Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled engineer with 3-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both civil engineering and telecommunications, responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop civil structures and telecom networks.
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess potential project sites.
  • Prepare detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Oversee construction activities and manage contractors on-site.
  • Perform quality control checks and inspections on materials and workmanship.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure including fiber optics and wireless networks.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing timelines.
