Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team at Titan Jet Care Service Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a customer-centric culture within an organization.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Strategy: Develop and implement a customer service strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Process Improvement: Analyze customer service processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile accurate reports and analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Experience: Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques, proficiency in English, and working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Education: BS degree in Business Administration or related field.
