Responsibilities- Inventory Transaction Processing: Oversee all transactions related to inventory, including tracking stock movement, recording transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely entries.
- Report Generation and Analysis: Prepare inventory and financial reports, such as inventory valuation, stock aging, and material movement analysis, using advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and SUMIF.
- Purchase and Vendor Bill Approval: Review, verify, and approve purchase and vendor bills related to inventory transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Data Management and Reconciliation: Regularly update and reconcile inventory data to reflect accurate stock levels and financial records.
- Compliance Support: Assist with GST-related calculations and documentation for inventory transactions to ensure compliance.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, and conditional formatting.
- BASIC GST KNOWLEDGE: Understanding of GST principles as they apply to inventory and transaction recording.
- INVENTORY MANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with inventory valuation, stock aging, and the material movement of goods.
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: High level of accuracy in managing financial data and reconciling records.
